We operate our business out of a 10,000 square foot warehouse where we store between 200 and 300 pianos and keyboards. Each piano is fully insured for its replacement value. The warehouse is a temperature controlled environment, but not humidity controlled. It's simply too large to humidify. Storage rates are 65.00 per month for vertical pianos, and 75.00 per month for grands 7' or smaller. Call and inquire about larger grands. When we pick up a piano we collect the move charge and the first months storage. We then bill every 3 months. We pro-rate storage when delivery is made rather than charging for an entire new month. The moving charges in/out of storage are discounted from the normal rates. We can store your piano for less than a month or for years... We also have a SHORT-TERM solution for holding pianos for less than a month. We charge the regular moving charge for the piano, plus a Warehouse UNLOAD/RELOAD charge of 50.00.
